Locate your AmiCell® SMS product folder and expand it.
Select the Request Remote Support option. It will load an ID and password.
Contact AmiCell® SMS support on +27 12 664 0125 and supply the consultant with the ID and password. Do not close the remote support window.

Download and run the Remote Support Tool.
An ID and password is loaded. Contact AmiCell® SMS support telephonically on +27 12 664 0125. Do not close the Remote Support Tool.
The AmiCell® SMS consultant will ask for the ID and password. A remote support session is established allowing the consultant on-screen access to your computer. Please do not use the mouse or keyboard during the session.
