MicroTeq hosts a secure Email To SMS service. Email To SMS can be achieved by MicroTeq's Wireless Access Point.

1. All you need is Microsoft Excel and a standard Email Program.

2. Generate an Excel Spread Sheet in the following format:



3. Where:

   Column A represents the Cellular Number. (The ZERO must be in front of the number!)
   Column B represents the Recipient Name. (30 Characters Maximum)
   Column C represents the Recipient Group. (50 Characters Maximum)
   Column D represents the SMS Message. (160 Characters Maximum)

4. Save the Spread Sheet with a name of your choice (i.e. MySheet.XLS).

5. Open your Default Email Program, such as Microsoft Outlook. You will email the Spread Sheet to a specific email address at MicroTeq.

6. MicroTeq will provide you with the TO email address upon subscription.

7. The email subject must be the same as your Current User Account on the MicroTeq APN. MicroTeq will provide you with a User Account upon subscription.

8. With the TO address and the email SUBJECT set, insert the Spread Sheet just created as an Attachment to the email.

9. Send the email.

10. If the TO address, the SUBJECT and the SPREAD SHEET are correct, the MicroTeq APN will reply with one of two security methods. (You can select which method will suit you best upon registration).

a) Email - An email message will be sent to your email address requesting a reply with a security code to authorize the Email to SMS batch. You simple select “reply” from your email program and send the email back.

b) SMS - An SMS message will be sent to your MOBILE requesting a reply with a security code to authorize the Email to SMS batch. You simple select “reply” from your MOBILE and send the SMS back to the Sender's Cellular Number.

11. Once the MicroTeq APN Email to SMS processor receives the correct Security Code, it will SMS the records as per the Spread Sheet to the Recipients.

12. The AmiCell APN will send you automated SMS reports on a daily basis. (If you do not require this functionality, it can be adjusted to a monthly basis.) The reports will include Delivery, Errors, Replies and Invalid Numbers.

   REPLIES CAN BE DELIVERED VIA RETURN EMAIL INSTANTANEOUSLY

13. Discreet SMS Sending can also be activated upon request.
