Important Conditions of Sale
1. All Prices Quoted are Exclusive of South African VAT and Quoted in South African Rands.
2. The purchase of an AmiCell® Price Plan is subject to the approval of a 24 Month Contract.
3. MicroTeq Reserves the right to Amend all Prices on a regular basis without prior notifications.
4. Only the SIM Card Provided by MicroTeq will work with your GSM Modem and AmiCell® SMS Server Software. Your Equipment Warranty will be Void if the SIM Card is removed from the GSM Modem. Cellular Network Access will also be disabled.
5. SMS Messages sent to International Mobile Numbers will be additionally charged at R1,59.
6. With the AmiCell 500, 1500, 3000 and 5000 Price Plans, free SMS Messages not used during a specific month will be carried over to the next month. If the carried over number of SMS Messages are not used in the next month it will subsequently lapse.
