The full-featured AmiCell® SMS Server software sends and receives SMS messages from your own dedicated assigned cellular number without an Internet connection.

Combined with the AmiCell® SMS Client software that is included as part of the package, the AmiCell® SMS Server becomes a LAN-based multi-user communication tool whereby users can login to perform SMS-related tasks from their own computers.

Built-in Email 2 SMS functionality, and an easy 3rd Party Open Integration method makes is easy to integrate business systems, websites, M2M systems and custom software extending the power of messaging to a higher level.

The AmiCell® SMS Server is designed to function on most industry standard computers. However, certain requirements must be met to ensure full functionality.

The minimum computer requirements for the AmiCell® SMS Server are:

  • An SVGA Colour Monitor with 1024 x 768 Display Resolution with 24Bit RGB
  • At least 2GB RAM or System Memory
  • Hard Disk Drive
  • Standard unused or open USB Port

The AmiCell® SMS Server is developed and tested on the following operating system platforms:

  • Microsoft Windows XP / Vista / 7 / 8 / 10 / 11 (32 bit and 64 bit)
  • Microsoft Windows 2003 / 2008 / 2012 / 2019+ Server Families

NOTE If you intend to have the AmiCell® SMS Server running permanently with 24/7 availability it is highly recommended to install the software on a server-based computer that remains powered on.

Multi-User Functionality:

The AmiCell® SMS Server package sells with client software (known as the AmiCell® SMS Client) that enables multiple users on a computer network to make use of the AmiCell® SMS Server's powerful SMS functions from their own desktop computer. The AmiCell® SMS Client software sends and receives SMS messages via the AmiCell® SMS Server.

The Once-off Costs depicted includes a (USB) GSM Modem with all Accessories, a Dedicated SIM Card and the full AmiCell SMS Server Software Suite. SMS cost varies depending on the usage each month according to the Qty. price breaks (i.e. cost per SMS decreases as usage increases).

A 24 month subscription period is applicable with a 60 day termination notice. Thereafter a 30 day notice period is applicable and continues on a month to month basis unless formally terminated. SMS usage and Monthly Subscription is billed in arrears.

The Once-off Costs depicted includes a (USB) GSM Modem with all Accessories, a Dedicated SIM Card and the full AmiCell SMS Server Software Suite. A Monthly Subscription Fee includes an SMS Bundle. The Qty. SMS bundle is determined by the Price Plan selected.

A 24 month subscription period is applicable with a 90 day trial period. Thereafter no early termination. On completion of the initial 24 month subscription period, the service will continue on a month to month basis unless formally terminated. SMS usage is billed in arrears and the monthly subscription fee is billed in advance.
