• RECIPIENTS
• Your Recipients are stored in pre-defined Groups. Easliy create Groups and create Recipients in the Groups.
• Recipient information includes an Email Address. Recipients with an Email Address can also receive the SMS message via an Email Divert making double sure your message is delivered.
• Select a single Recipient and have one on one two-way SMS conversations in real time.
• Import functionality is provided to Import Recipients from a Spreadsheet in a pre-defined format.
• Export functionality allows for the Export of your Recipients to a Spreadsheet.
• OPT Out functionality is also provided to enable automatic OPT Out choices for Recipients.
• SEND
• With a user friendly Interface, select Single or Multiple Recipients from an Address Book to send an SMS to.
• Compose a custom Personalised SMS Message for the Recipients with a few clicks.
• Optional References for each Recipient can be added to the SMS Messages to Identify you as a valid sender.
• The system will validate your Delivery Request and once verified, you can send the SMS Messages to the Recipients.
• You can also manage your replies in real-time from recipients and respond via return SMS.
• A Spreadsheet Interface is provided to enable you to SMS the data directly from a customised Spreadsheet.
• SCHEDULES
• When SMS Messages are composed for Recipients, an option to Schedule the request to be sent at a later date and time is provided for.
• The schedule frequency and occurrences can be tailored to requirements.
• Schedules can be managed and amended as required.
• Recipients can be removed from schedules.
• Once a Schedule date and time is due, the system will automatically connect to the AmiCell SMS Server and deliver the SMS Messages to the Recipients specified in the schedule.
• ARCHIVE
• All SMS Messages are Archived or Logged in various types of categories.
• It comprises a Sent Log, Delivery log, Error Logs and all inbound Replies from Recipients.
• Manage the Logs by dates for future reference.
• Export the Logs to a Spreadsheet when required.

The AmiCell SMS Messenger is designed to function on most industry standard computers. However, certain requirements must be met to ensure full functionality.

The minimum computer requirements for the AmiCell^® SMS Messenger:

• An SVGA Colour Monitor with 1024 x 768 Display Resolution with 24Bit RGB
• At least 2GB RAM or System Memory
• Hard Disk Drive
• An Internet Connection for important System Updates
• An AmiCell SMS Server accessible on your Computer Network

The AmiCell® SMS Messenger is developed and tested on the following operating system platforms:

• Microsoft Windows Vista / 7 / 8 / 10 / 11 (32 bit and 64 bit)
• Microsoft Windows 2003 / 2008 / 2012 / 2019+ Server Families
